8 YEARS—WHAT GOD HAS DONE
Not a day goes by that I don’t reflect on the fact that I’m a weak, insignificant, despised nobody* whom God, in his grace and mercy, has chosen to use for His divine purposes. I do not deserve it. I am awestruck by what God has done in these last 8 years.
682,691–messages downloaded from around the world.
407–Thoughts Provoking articles written, read by thousands around the world.
139,333–visitors to the Strong Disciple website in this last year alone. That’s like having 2679 people visit your church service every week during the last year.
Thousands of prayers offered up to the Living God on behalf of those I mentor and pray for daily.
So many direct answers to prayer!
Father’s and Christian’s lives are being built up in the work and faith God has called them to.
God continues to faithfully provide and sustain this ministry financially through the generous, faithful donations of my wonderful Strong Disciple friends and supporters.
In a matter of days I will be 70 years old. I would’ve never imagined when I began my own “Damascus Road” faith journey at 19, in 1975, that God would continue to give me the extraordinary privilege and opportunity to still be serving Christ and His people in this way 51 years later! This is also my 40th year of Pastoring. I can tell you this—No one who knew me back then would’ve believed I’d be doing this now. I am what I am only by the Grace of God to me.
THANK YOU! You precious, godly people have made this possible through your prayers, generous donations, and believing in what God called me to do. I could not do any of this without you!
I am deeply humbled, and incredibly grateful.
*This phrase—weak, insignificant, despised nobodies—comes from the Berkeley New Testament in 1 Corinthians 1:26-28. I read it 51 years ago for the first time. It resonated deeply to who I am. It has never left my mind. As time has unfolded, that phrase is even more descriptive today than when I began.
Helping you become a Strong Disciple,
Because of Jesus,
